Street Name and Numbering (SNN) - RotherThe street naming of streets within Rother District is a statutory function of RDC and is covered by the sections 17-19 of the Public Health Act 1925. The numbering of properties on these streets is also the function of RDC under section 64-65 of the Town Improvement Clauses Act 1847. The Council is in the process of adopting a Street Naming & Numbering Policy. There may be charges levied for the registration and notification of new and changed addresses. The Policy and charge list will be available from this page as soon as they have been adopted by the Council.
